Good morning, good afternoon, and goodnight are just a few of the very small phrases I learned on the NFL on Tour to Tokyo, Japan. What an amazing and successful trip it was!

With TV cameras and photographers documenting our every move from morning until night, we were ready to promote a great organization; the NFL. Here's a look at what our days on tour consisted of:

Day 1: Friday 1/16/09

After getting a good night's sleep from our flight the day before, it was time to get to work. Today was our first practice at a family-owned dance studio in Akasaka, just a few minutes away from our hotel. We had to learn three dance routines from an instructional DVD before leaving for Japan, and this was our chance to get them performance ready with eight women who have never danced together before. The eight women included Marisa from the Chargers, Lindsey from the Patriots, Fabiola from the Miami Dolphins, Cole from the Raiderettes, Lauren from the 49ers, Lauren from the Eagles, Kazuyo from the New York Jets, and myself from the Seahawks!

One long day of practice, and we were ready for our first Live TV appearance tonight on Fuji TV, Japan's highest rated sports program viewed by over 8 million people! When looking at our schedule I thought that the appearance at 12am was a mistake. But no, we soon learned that between 9 pm-1 am is primetime in Japan. We were on at midnight after a quick run through of our dance and interview questions. Needless to say, still a bit jet lagged, we nailed it!

It was back to the hotel around 1:30 am for an 8 am wakeup call.
