Today I'm going to skip the appetizers and get right to the main course. Mostly because I am somewhat clever things to write. (Not that that has stopped me in the past. However, there is no reason why you all should have to wait while I sweat it out like I'm writing the Magna Carta or something.)
Anywho, lots of good photos today. All of these are from round 2 of Saturday's prelims. John Peters choreographed this jazz routine and the song he selected, Flo Rida's "In the Ayer" couldn't have been a better fit. Ladies, if you were there on Saturday, get up on your feet. I'm fixin' to press "Play."
Fellas, it's like Flo Rida says, ya'll don't understand. This is something we girls do. It's that one song that - when we hear it - we drop everything and run to the dance floor. Or, if no dance floor is conveniently available, we will open all the windows and belt it out as loud as we can.
Understand that this isn't a long term commitment. Our #1 jam can change from one day to another. But for that one moment in time, that is THE SONG. And when we hear it, no natural force on earth can prevent us from getting our swerve on. Guys do not do this, but you have likely seen it happen at one time or another.
So when John Peters cranks it up and we're hearing "THIS IS MY JAM" heck yeah, we're headed for the dance floor. Party over here! Party over there!
And that is exactly what you'll see in the Round 2 photo set. Click here to go there now.
