Seahawks.com: The Seattle Sea Gals, cheerleading squad of the National Football League’s (NFL) Seattle Seahawks, will show their support for troops stationed in Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium November 20 –December 4.
“It’s truly rewarding to visit the military personnel and families both at home and overseas. As we travel abroad it’s so exciting for the team to bring a little bit of the USA and the NFL to the hearts of our highly-respected armed forces. We appreciate the opportunity to give back just a little to them as they give so much to America each day.”
The Seattle Sea Gals Show Group will be traveling overseas during the Thanksgiving holiday putting on a sixty-minute variety show, which includes singing, dancing and costume changes. The performance group consists of twelve members of the Sea Gals cheerleading squad.
“The Sea Gals variety show is always a fun and uplifting experience for the servicemen and women who are missing home, especially this time of year,” said Marine Corps Captain Jesse Davidson, Armed Forces Entertainment circuit manager for Europe and the Mediterranean.
