Snake Saturday with the Brigade Girls

Posted by Sasha at 8:48 PM ET

The Snake Saturday Parade in Kansas City takes place every year on the Saturday prior to St. Patrick's Day. It's a hugely popular community event with floats, bands, community groups, and performances and is a real blowout every year.

The Northland Animal Welfare Society (NAWS) made their first appearance in the parade this year with a large group of human and canine volunteers. Included among the participants were several Kansas City Brigade Girls, who of course brought along their four-legged friends to join in the fun!
